great stay but minor improvements needed

The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and I appreciated how spacious both the room and bathroom were. The staff provided excellent service, being helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

I had a lovely stay! The large bathroom was a big plus, and the comfy bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. A pleasant surprise was the fridge in the room, too. I'd definitely stay again!

This place had a fantastic location just 5 minutes from Times Square and the staff was unbelievably helpful! I remember Ayman from the front desk, he made our stay way better, always checking in and making sure we were good.

It wasn't cheap but I found it still acceptable.

I had a fantastic stay for 3 nights in a King Room with a city view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and addressed any concerns immediately while the room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the Empire State Building. The location was perfect, allowing me to walk to major attractions with ease. However, I would have appreciated a bit more storage space in the room.

Family with kids will like it

The staff was amazing, especially Max — he really went out of his way to make our stay easier. The room was clean with a nice big TV to keep the kids entertained at night.
